TS-020 / 764-HERO Nobody Knows This Is Everywhere
Almost two years after the release of Weekends of Sound, the band came back with a brand new record entitled Nobody Knows This Is Everywhere (an not-so-discreet nod to Neil Young). Produced by Phil Ek (Built to Spill, Dinosaur Jr., Unwound), the record is perhaps their most accessible and polished in their catalog. With James Bertram no longer in the band, they enlisted the services of Robin P (touring member of Modest Mouse) on the bass. The ten tracks run the gamut from hook-laden rock songs to extended ballads featuring the trademark wails of Mr. Atkins.
